All products are intended for customers who are purchasing parts for vehicle repair, replacement, restoration, or exterior upgrades. Product fitment may vary depending on vehicle year, make, model, body style, trim level, production date, installed options, and prior vehicle modifications.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, photos, descriptions, fitment notes, specifications, pricing, and availability. However, product information may contain errors, omissions, or updates.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for confirming that the part fits your vehicle. Please verify your vehicle year, make, model, body style, trim level, part position, and any product-specific notes. For lighting parts, please confirm the left or right side and lighting type. For bumper-related parts, please confirm sensor holes, fog light holes, grille openings, tow hook openings, body style, and trim package.

If you are unsure whether a part fits your vehicle, please contact us before ordering at support@oneautop.com with your vehicle information and photos of your current part.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means we have received your order, but it does not guarantee final acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, duplicate orders, or errors in product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  1. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, description errors, or stock errors at any time.

Promotional codes, discounts, or special offers may be limited by time, product eligibility, order value, or other conditions. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless expressly approved by our support team.

  1. Payment

All payments must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on our website. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In general, eligible items must be unused, uninstalled, unpainted, unmodified, and returned in original packaging.

  1. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@oneautop.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, photos of the shipping label, and clear photos showing the issue. This helps us review the case and provide a solution.

  1. Installation and Use

Automotive parts may require professional installation. OneAuto Parts is not responsible for damage, injury, failed installation, modification costs, paint costs, labor costs, diagnostic costs, towing costs, rental car costs, lost time, or other expenses caused by improper installation, incorrect fitment, misuse, modification, or failure to inspect the product before installation.

We strongly recommend test-fitting parts before painting, drilling, cutting, modifying, or installing them.

  1. Aftermarket and Replacement Parts

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, products sold by OneAuto Parts are aftermarket replacement or upgrade parts. They are not original equipment manufacturer parts.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, part numbers, and reference numbers may be used for fitment and identification purposes only.

  1. Website Content

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, page layout, and other materials, is owned by OneAuto Parts or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or use website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
