Return and Refund Policy

 

At OneAuto Parts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, unpainted, unmodified, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

 

To request a return, please contact us at support@oneautop.com with your order number, the reason for the return, photos if the item is damaged or incorrect, and the email address where you would like us to send the return label.

 

If your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and return instructions. Customers do not need to provide or search for a return address. Please do not send any item back before your return request has been approved. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

 

Please inspect your order after delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@oneautop.com. Please include photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage so we can review the issue and provide a solution.

 

Return Shipping

 

For returns caused by our error, such as damaged items, defective items, missing parts, or wrong items, we will provide a return label when the return is approved.

 

For returns due to ordering the wrong part, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by our support team.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We may not accept returns for items that have been installed, used, painted, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Refunds

 

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@oneautop.com.
